Tiya works directly with fighters throughout the business side of their careers—from communicating with promoters and matchmakers to negotiating bout opportunities, purses, sponsorships, appearances, and other professional opportunities.

Her approach combines strategic negotiation, contract awareness, detailed recordkeeping, career planning, market positioning, and fighter advocacy. She believes a fighter should understand what is being offered, what it means for their career, and what questions should be asked before making major decisions.
